our chocolate chip.

I previously posted about the late Chocolate Chip Carroll, or the day I was informed she was being put to sleep.
I still miss her all the time.
A local artist, who used to live in the neighborhood, painted a beautiful picture of Chipper (per request of my father). It was a gift to my mother. In my opinion, it was one of the most beautiful presents given.
Chipper was such a large part of family. We do love her!
My sister has been sending me pictures to assemble together for our christmas card and when I saw the photographs of the painting, I got a little teary eyed. I remember coming home from my Europe adventure and seeing this painting on my way down the hall. I started to cry then too.
